| ADC to review preparations for the participation of UT Ladakh in the International Travel Fair | |
Leh, November 21 (Scoop News)-A meeting was chaired by Ghulam Mohammad (JKAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, with the Committee Members for ITB Berlin 2025 to review preparations for the participation of UT Ladakh in the International Travel Fair 2026 at Berlin, Germany to be held in March 2026. The meeting was held on 21st November, 2025 in the VC Room of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Leh, and focused on advancing Ladakh’s promotional activities on global tourism platforms.
During the meeting, the Department of Tourism presented a PowerPoint presentation on the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP). The committee deliberated on the online tender process for selecting a vendor, reviewed the terms and conditions, and suggested necessary corrections and improvements. Based on the discussions, the committee decided to incorporate the recommended changes and proceed with publishing the RFP upon final approval later today.
Present in the meeting were the Chief Planning Officer, Leh; Tsewang Gyaltson, the Chief Controller of Finance, LAHDC Leh Dr. Zulfikar Ali; the Assistant Director, Tourism, Leh; Padma Angmo (JKAS), and other officials along the President, ALTOA, Leh; and the President, ALHGHA, Leh.
