Jammu, October 18 (Scoop News)-JKPCC has expressed deep shock over the sad demise of Former Minister and President Dogra Saddar Sabha Jammu Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak.
In a condolence message JKPCC President Shri Tariq Hameed Karra and other senior leaders have expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of Thakur Gulshan Singh Charak and conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
They recalled the contributions of Shri Charak in the political and social field of J&K and outside.He was a secular personality and played a significant role during the period of militancy especially in Poonch -Rajouri under the patronage of top central leadership of Shri Arjun Singh ji & then Home Minister Shri SB Chavan.
Several senior leaders conveyed heartfelt condolences to the family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.

Balwan Singh condoles demise of Shri Charak
Senior Congress leader and former MLA Th. Balwan Singh has expressed deep shock and grief over the sad demise of Former Minister and President Dogra Saddar Sabha Jammu Th. Gulchain Singh Charak.
In a condolence message, Th. Balwan Singh said that Th. Gulchain Singh Charak served the people through out his life ,in different capacities.
He was a senior political personality of J&K and always fought for Jammu and Dogra identity, culture and dignity.
He ll be remembered for a long time for his contributions to the society.
He prayed for peace to the departed soul and conveyed heartfelt condolences to the family.
