Kargil, October 11 (Scoop News)- Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, extended a warm welcome to the newly appointed Superintending Engineer, R&B Kargil, Dr. Tsewang Thinglas.
During the interaction, the CEC expressed optimism about working in close coordination with the R&B Department to ensure effective implementation of development projects across the district. He emphasized the importance of clearing pending works and allotments, ensuring the timely completion of DPRs, and maintaining high standards of quality in all ongoing and future infrastructure works.
Dr. Akhoon also reaffirmed the Council’s commitment to providing all necessary support to the department in achieving the collective goal of sustainable and quality infrastructure development in Kargil.
