| Police Attaches Property of Notorious Drug Peddler Worth ₹50 Lakhs in Budgam | |
Srinagar, September 11 (Scoop News)-In a major action against drug trafficking, Police attached immovable property of a notorious drug peddler in Humhama area of district Budgam.
The property, comprising a double-storey residential house belonging to Sahil Yousuf Bhat son of Mohd Yousuf Bhat resident of Humhama, has an estimated market value of around ₹50 lakhs. The attachment was executed under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act, in connection with Case FIR No. 110/2021 registered under Sections 8/21 and 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Budgam.
This development marks a decisive step in the broader strategy of Jammu & Kashmir Police to dismantle the financial infrastructure of narcotics networks.
