Grand Academic event held as flawless rehearsal paves way for BRABU's Convocation
Muzaffarpur, August 24 (Scoop News)-B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University orchestrated a flawless final rehearsal, a pivotal step in its meticulous preparations for the highly anticipated convocation. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dinesh Chandra Rai, personally presided over the proceedings.
All facets of the grand event were rigorously scrutinized during the rehearsal. The sonic infrastructure underwent comprehensive testing, while the seating committee meticulously validated the seating arrangements for distinguished guests. A final walkthrough was conducted to ensure a seamless and graceful flow throughout the ceremony.
Speaking to the media, VC Prof. Rai exuded confidence in the university's readiness. "We are leaving no stone unturned to ensure that this convocation is a truly memorable and successful occasion," he affirmed. He further elaborated that the university is in close coordination with the district administration to finalize security protocols and logistical arrangements, thereby ensuring a ceremony characterized by both grace and dignity.
Prof. Rai added that the university is "brimming with enthusiasm to extend a warm welcome to the Hon'ble Governors," emphasizing that their esteemed presence "shall serve as a profound wellspring of inspiration, spurring all members of the university community to redouble their efforts in the relentless pursuit of academic excellence."
The convocation is set to be a high-profile affair, with the presence of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, as the chief guest, and the Governor of Bihar, Arif Mohammad Khan, presiding over the ceremony.
Among the notable attendees at the rehearsal were Proctor Prof. BS Rai, deans of faculties, Registrar Prof. Samir Kumar Sharma, LS College Principal Prof. Kanupriya, Prof. Ram Kumar, Prof. TK Dey, Prof. Rajeev Kumar, Prof. Renubala, and Dr. Navin Kumar, alongside a retinue of university officials, faculty, and staff members.
