| MI&FCEF Mourns on demise of Mother of dedicated I&FC Employee Shabir Ahmad Kuloo | | EJAC Vice President Farooq Khan Prays For Eternal Peace of Departed Soul, Stands With Bereaved Family |
Srinagar, July 17 (Scoop News)- The Chairman of the Mechanical Irrigation & Flood Control Employees Federation (MI&FCEF), Farooq Ahmad Khan, has expressed deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of Zoona Rehman, mother of Shabir Ahmad Kuloo, a sincere and devoted employee of the Irrigation & Flood Control Department, who passed away on 14th July 2025 at her residence in Wanabal, Rawalpora, Srinagar.
On the directions of EJAC Vice President Farooq Khan, a delegation of the Federation, led by Chief Spokesperson Farooq Ahmad Malik, visited the bereaved family at Wanabal, Rawalpora to express solidarity and offer condolences. The delegation included Mohammad Lateef Wani, Muzaffar Hamad Bhat, Shabir Ahmad Khanday, Ghulam Ahmad Baba, Mohammad Shafi Rah, Tariq Ahmad Bhat, Manzoor Ahmad Sofi and Mohammad Ramzan Sheikh, among others, who were present on the occasion.
Zildar Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, along with Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), City Sub-Division I&FC Sonwar, also visited the family and offered heartfelt sympathies and special prayers (dua) for the departed soul.
Among others from the Irrigation & Flood Control Department, Srinagar, who participated in the condolence visit were Aijaz Ahmad, Nisaar Ahmad Sheikh, Ghulam Hassan, Mohammad Yousuf, Insha, Saba, Fayaz Ahmad Hadpoora, Abdul Majeed Bhat and many other staff members.
The Mechanical Irrigation & Flood Control Employees Federation (MI&FCEF) stands united with Shabir Ahmad Kuloo and his family in this hour of grief. May Almighty Allah (SWT) grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and give the family the strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss.
