| DC Anantnag inspects Nunwan, Chandanwari base Camps | | Reviews Shri Amarnathji Yatra-2025 Preparations |  Anantnag,May 22 (Scoop News)-Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, S. F. Hamid today visited the Nunwan and Chandanwari base camps to assess the status of ongoing developmental works and preparations for the upcoming Shri Amarnathji Yatra.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the progress of critical infrastructure works being executed by departments including Jal Shakti, Public Health Engineering (PHE), R&B, and other allied agencies. Special focus was laid on the readiness of essential facilities such as drinking water supply, sanitation, power supply, accommodation, and health care services.
The DC also inspected the ongoing track Clearance operations.
All stakeholder departments were instructed to ensure strict adherence to the set timelines and maintain close coordination for seamless execution of tasks. The Deputy Commissioner emphasized the need to uphold quality standards while ensuring timely completion of all works to facilitate a smooth and safe pilgrimage experience for devotees.
