Jammu, March 18 (Scoop News)-Commandant IRP-18th Bn held Darbar with the officers/ officials of “E Coy” Stationed at P/S Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The main aim of the Darbar was to hear the grievances and interact with the Jawans and enquire about their wellbeing, 3.He also took feedback from the personnel with regard to their service matters, Deployment, Mess including their welfare concern.
Some Issues raised by the Jawans and officers were redressed on spot. The jawans were asked to maintain their turnout in the best possible manner and perform their duties as per their duty profile.
He impressed upon the Officers to build confidence among the masses and convey to subordinate officers the importance of responsiveness to personnel issues.
The Holding of darbar provide a platform for Police personnel to voice their concerns and seek their redressal.
