Congress Pays Floral Tributes to Lal Bahadur Shastri on Death Anniversary at PCC Office Jammu

Jammu/Srinagar, January 12 (Scoop News)- Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee has strongly condemned the action of the administration to put all the senior leaders especially DCC Presidents of Kashmir region ahead of peaceful sit in dharnas at all district Hqs today.

JKPCC Chief Tariq Hameed Karra said that as part of Nationwide call of AICC, in connection with ongoing ‘MGNREGA Bachao Sangram’ besides the movement for the restoration of statehood' ‘Hamari Riyasat Hamara Haq’, peaceful sit in dharna at all Districts was scheduled today, however the administration put all DCC Presidents & other prominent Congress leaders under house arrest in entire Kashmir valley and didn't allow them to reach to the respective venues.

They were not allowed to move out to reach to the venues of dharna in all districts of Kashmir region.
