Srinagar, August 10 (Scoop News)- The Mechanical Irrigation & Flood Control Employees Federation (MI&FCEF) expresses profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Haji Abdul Aziz Khan, cousin brother of EJAC Senior Vice President and Chairman MI&FCEF Farooq Ahmad Khan.
Haji Abdul Aziz Khan, a noble and humble soul known for his generosity, honesty and deep respect for all, was a respected resident of Mahraj Gunj, Downtown area of Srinagar, presently residing at Parraypora Majeed Bagh. He passed away today after a brief illness and was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard in Saad Sahab, Rajouri Kadal, Srinagar.
Throughout his life, Haji Abdul Aziz Khan was admired for his upright character, helpful nature and dedication towards his family and community. He was loved and respected by all who knew him for his warm-heartedness, sincerity and strong moral values. His loss will be deeply felt by friends, relatives and the wider community.
A large number of people from different walks of life, including relatives, friends, neighbours and community members, attended the funeral prayers and visited the bereaved family to offer their condolences.
In a condolence statement issued to the press, Bilal Ahmad Bhat, District President Srinagar of MI&FCEF, on behalf of the Federation, conveyed heartfelt condolences and sympathies to Chairman Farooq Ahmad Khan and his family, particularly his sons Nazeer Ahmad Khan and Mohammad Ayoob Khan (Chartered Accountant). He prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and courage to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
"The entire MI&FCEF fraternity stands with our Chairman in this hour of grief," the statement added, while seeking Allah’s mercy and blessings for the deceased.
May Almighty Allah (SWT) forgive all his shortcomings, shower His infinite mercy upon him, grant him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, give patience and strength to the bereaved family to bear this loss.
