| GHS Kaksar celebrates Independence Day | |
Kargil, August 15 (Scoop News)-Government High School Kaksar today celebrated the 76th Independence Day with full patriotic fervour under the banner of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
Head Master, Govt. High School Kaksar, Kargil Akhtar Hussain hoisted the tricolour in presence of Army Officers, Sarpanch, Panchs, village education committees (VECs), staff members and students.
National Flag hoisting was followed by the singing of the national anthem and flag march by the students of the school.
Earlier, the campus organized various activities under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to commemorate and celebration of the 76th Independence Day of India.
On the occasion, staff members and students paid rich tributes to the freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the country and recalled their sacrifices.
Akhtar Hussain congratulated and thanked all staff members, Army Officers, Sarpanch, Panchs, VECs and students on this auspicious occasion.
