Modi Govt launched specially tailored schemes for minorities: Yudhvir

Jammu, November 28 (Scoop News)-Bharatiya Janata Party J&K Vice President, Yudhvir Sethi has urged the BJP Minority Morcha cadre to ensure that the people belonging to minority sections avail full benefit of the schemes launched by the Modi led Union Government for welfare of minorities in Jammu and Kashmir.
He passed these instructions to the activists and workers during a meeting of BJP Minority Morcha held under the chairmanship of Asif Gill, District President BJP Minority Morcha here today. Yudhvir Sethi presided over the meeting in the presence of Praveen Kerni, President BJP East Mandal.
In his address, Sethi threw light on multiple schemes launched by Modi Government tailored specially for the welfare of minorities in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given standing instructions for ensuring all round development of J&K UT and it is because of such instructions that the areas which were discriminated earlier by the successive governments have now come to limelight through colossal development visible on ground be it in terms of roads, lanes, drains and other civic infra that has been revamped and is being implemented in a fair and equitable manner with no prejudice against rural or urban pockets.
The senior BJP leader said that it is the duty of every foot soldier of BJP i.e, workers and volunteers to make the people aware about the achievements of the Modi Govt. He especially directed the Minority Morcha cadre to disseminate the awareness among masses about the people centric policies and schemes launched by the government especially for the poor and downtrodden sections.
Yudhvir Sethi also stressed upon BJP Minority Morcha workers and activists to work relentlessly 24X7 on ground to strengthen the party base at grass roots level.
Among others who were present include Pala ji, State Executive Member JK UT Minority Morcha; Hanif Choudhary, General Secretary Minority Morcha, Anil Mattoo, Caleb, Renu, Aruna, Jaspal Singh, Binny Sotra and Samson Gill are Vice Presidents; Franklyn, Wilson Mattoo, Ravi Yousuf, Shabir Hussain, Yusuf Don, Raj and Arun as District Secretaries; Israel Office Secretary and Davis Rocky, Spokesperson.
