| Gupta condoles deaths Dachan Kishtwar cloudburst | |
Jammu,July 29 (Scoop News)-National Conference State Secretary Mr Rattan Lal Gupta today expressed deep grief over the unfortunate deaths due to cloudburst in the Honzar Dachhan area of the Kishtwar district and conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family.
In a statement issued from Sher-e-Kashmir Bhavan, Mr Gupta described the catastrophe as most tragic and urged the Lt Governor Mr Manoj Sinha to instruct the concerned to expedite relief to the sufferers and undertake restoration works on war footing basis. He sought free rations, preliminary relief for the sufferers and free of cost specialized treatment of those injured in the natural calamity.
Mr Gupta prayed for peace to the departed souls and wished early recovery to the injured.
He expressed solidarity with the families who lost their dear ones, livestock and dwelling units in the cloudburst incident.
