| LAHDC Kargil accords warm farewell to Lal Singh | | Chaddha Team on completion of shooting in Kargil |
Kargil,(Ladakh), July 27 (Scoop News)-LAHDC and District Administration Kargil hosted a dinner party to the Lal Singh Chaddha Team at the residence of Deputy Commissioner Kargil here on Monday evening.
Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor LAHDC Kargil Feroz Ahmed Khan, Executive Councilor for Tourism Er Punchok Tashi, Executive Councillor for Health Mohsin Ali, Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Santosh Sukhadeve, SSP Kargil Anayat Ali Choudhary, Additional DC Kargil Tsering Motup officers of the civil and police administration were present on the occasion.
Bollywood superstar and ace actor-producer Amir Khan and Kiran Rao who were present on the occasion said they were extremely touched by the warmth and love they received in Kargil.
Amir Khan appreciated the proactive cooperation received from the local public as well as the District Administration during the entire period of the shooting in Kargil. He thanked the Deputy Commissioner Kargil, LAHDC and District Administration Kargil and the general public for their overwhelming support.
Interacting with the actor-producer, CEC Feroz Khan said that exploration of newer locations for shooting films go a long way in promotion of tourism for the local community. He wished the team of Lal Singh Chaddha all the very best for their upcoming film, and said that the LAHDC Kargil will further extend all possible support to other films being shot in the district.
