Addressing a press briefing on Operation Sindoor in New Delhi flanked by Wing Commander Vyomika Singh and Colonel Sofiya Qureshi, Vikram Misri said the precision attacks, jointly executed by the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force, targeted nine terror camps across Pakistan and PoK. The entire operation was completed in a span of just 25 minutes - from 1.05 am to 1.30 am.
Reports said that India did what it said. Exactly 15 days after the Pahalgam Terror Attack, on Tuesday night at around 1:44 am, India attacked terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and occupied Jammu and Kashmir. India has named it 'Operation Sindoor'.
According to reports that India bombed nine terrorist hideouts including Masood Azhar's hideout in Bahawalpur.
More than 70 terrorists were killed and over 60 wounded in the strikes, reports said, as India significantly degraded the operational capability of these outfits.
Indian army clearly said that our action has been taken only on terrorist hideouts. No Pakistani military camps have been targeted.
