BJP responds to more than 30000 queries of stranded people: Yudhvir Sethi

Jammu, March 29 (Scoop News)-Corona Helpline framed by Jammu & Kashmir BJP has received more than 30 thousand Help Calls from stranded people till now, disclosed party Vice-President Yudhvir Sethi (Corona Helpline Incharge), while also accompanied by party All Programme & Abhiyaan Incharge Ajay Pargal (Co-Incharge) and party Media Secretary Dr. Pardeep Mahotra at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar.
Yudhvir Sethi, also told that more than 100 BJP leaders are presently actively receiving Help Calls from needy persons, as their mobile numbers are widely circulated by all means by the party.
Sethi said, "We are responding to all queries of needy persons both natives as well as persons from outside J&K and the Party is taking all possible measures by providing essential items to poor and needy across Jammu and Kashmir”. He said that Helpline is also receiving calls from outside the J&K and party is guiding them as per their needs.
Sethi, appreciated all the party leaders and workers who are attending to calls of needy persons and said “Our team members are doing their best to provide relief to the persons in need”. He stressed that the first priority of our helpline is to ensure that the people can receive the help at the places where there are putting up at present.
Sethi, also appreciated the common masses for their voluntary cooperation in meeting out the needs of the needy persons in the hour of crisis and maintained that that with the active cooperation of people, we are doing our best to provide maximum help to the people stranded at various places besides providing ration and medical aid to the needy at their doorstep. He also laid stress upon the party workers to ensure that ration, medicines and other necessary commodities are provided to needy persons, while maintaining personal hygiene and social distance.
Sethi, also appealed to the people of J&K to get united and support Prime Minister Narendra Modi and all the State Governments' proactive measures to contain the spread of coronavirus contagion and strictly follow guidelines of the authorities including social distancing and best hygiene practices in aid of public health and safety.
Applauding the bold step taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for 21-day lockdown to combat COVID-19, Sethi urged the people of Jammu and Kashmir not to come out of their homes to break the chain of coronavirus, as without cooperation of citizens it would be hard to achieve desired results besides making Jammu free from COVID-19.
