| DC Leh reviews working of health services department | | Leh, September 18 (Scoop News)- Deputy Commissioner, Leh Avny Lavasa today convened a meeting to discuss the services of medical consultants and other issues related to health department yesterday in the conference Hall of DC office, Leh.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the chemist’s association to ensure that government doctors working with them do not work in private capacity between 9:45 am to 4:15 pm. They were also directed to alter the timings displayed at their shops/clinics to read 9:45 am as last morning time and 4:15 pm as the first time in the evening for consultation.
In presence of DC, a committee was also constituted headed by ADC Leh, Moses Kunzang to conduct an inspection to check whether the doctors are adhering to official timings.
Similarly, MS, SNM hospital, Leh was directed to submit daily biometric attendance of the hospital to DC office.
The meeting was attended by CMO, Leh MS, SNM hospital, Leh, Drug Inspector, Leh Drug controller, Leh, President, Chemists Association, Leh and chemists of Leh.
