Leh, September 18 (Scoop News)- In exercise of powers conferred by the Chief Electoral Officer, Jammu & Kashmir vide his letter No. 2027/CEO/ME/RO/ARO/2018/5580-5608, dated: 16-9-2018, District Election Officer/ Deputy Commissioner, Leh has issued an order in which Rigzin Spalgon, Administrator, Municipal Committee, Leh has been appointed as Assistant Returning Officer (ARO, HQ). As per the order, he shall receive nomination papers on behalf of all Returning Officers for Municipal Elections and transfer the same to the concerned ROs on daily basis.
