| Sham ridicules BJP chief's claim about funds meant for developmental works in Jammu and Ladakh had not percolated down to ground | |
Jammu, June 24, (Scoop News)-Congress leader Sham Lal Sharma expressed his surprise over the address of BJP National President Amit Shah in public rally in which he dig his own government and his ministers. Apparently it showed that he is not addressing the people as a BJP leader but a leader of some other party. Amit Shah slammed BJP PDP government for in discriminating Jammu & Ladakh region.
While addressing public meeting at Panchayat Chak Kirpalpur Block Bhalwal,Akhnoor Sh Sham Lal said that perhaps Amit Shah must not be aware that his party was a coalition in the government to whom he criticized in the public.
Sham said that Amit Shah during his address in the rally said despite of sanctioning of AIIMS like institution in the Jammu,the work on this project was not started till date. Sham said he wanted to inform Mr Shah that the health ministry in the state was under BJP minister since the taking of BJP PDP government in the state. He said that for this casual the BJP should own its responsibility and not blame others for it.
He further said that Amit Shah blamed the government for non utilisation of funds for smart city for Jammu but probably he must not be knowing that the portfolio of Urban development was under BJP that too deputy chief minister. By blaming others, Amit shah can’t befooled people of Jammu for these lapses as the whole blame of misgovernance lies on BJP.
Congress leader said that either the BJP national President is having no knowledge about the state BJP role in the administration or he intentionally did it to gain so called sympathy from the Jammu people in view of ensuing parliament & assembly elections,in which they will not
succeed.
“The people have realised their mistakes by giving massive mandate to BJP in 2014 Parliament & assembly elections so that the Jammu region will get its due. But BJP PDP government had belied their hopes. This time they cannot befooled the people by passing the buck to other side,” he added.
Sharma said that BJP PDP government is equally responsible for the injustice meted out to Jammu & Ladakh regions.
He asked BJP to clarify if they felt that Jammu and Ladakh region is being indiscriminated, had they ever protested for the same in the government.
Sharma said it is laughable when the national president himself says that the funds meant for Jammu and Ladakh regions for their development didn’t reach to these region. He said that it shows that he raised his finger against his own BJP ministers for their callous attitude and responsible for misappropriation of these funds.
He asked when the funds have been released for the development of Jammu and Ladakh regions as said by Amit Shah,where these funds have gone and it needs thorough by high power Committee to pin point the responsibility.
Sham said that BJP national president Amit Shah spoke so much on various issues but didn’t utter a single word on important issues like abrogation of Art 370,Common civil code and disparity with Jammu. Because of lust for Power,the BJP remained silent on such issues.
Congress leader questioned BJP National president that though there were failures in the state due to callous attitude of his ministers but who prevented the BJP whose government is at the centre for providing 15 lacs as promised in the elections,providing of 2 crore employment per year to youth ,control the sky rocketing prices of essential commodities and ensuring peace on the borders.
Sham said that though you made number of hollow promises with the people of country but not even a single promise was fulfilled by your government at the centre. He said that it is not serve any purpose to blame others even for own blames. People are aware of your nefarious designs which you will not able to encash.... |
