| Police pay tributes to Policeman Ashiq Hussain killed in encounter at Khiram in Bijbehara | | 
Srinagar, June 22, (Scoop News)- To pay homage to martyr Ashiq Hussain whom we lost today while fighting valiantly against terrorists at Nowshehra Khiram in District Anantnag, a wreath laying ceremony was held at District Police Lines Anantnag today.
Civil and Police officers led by Director General of Police J&K Shri S.P Vaid laid floral wreaths on the mortal remains and paid rich tributes to the martyr.
IGP Kashmir Shri S.P Pani IPS, DIG SKR Shri Amit Kumar IPS, SSP Anantnag Shri Altaf Ahmad Khan, SSP Kulgam Shri Harmeet Singh, SP Ops Anantnag Shri Amrit Pal, ASP Anantnag Shri Tahir Ashraf, DySP PC Anantnag Shri Rafee Rather and other senior officers and jawans were among others who laid floral tributes on the mortal remains.
