| Army holds check up and immunisation programme in Bagga | | examines 520 women and children |
Bagga, March 16, (Scoop News)-As part of the National aim of Polio Free India, the Army in conjunction with the District Health Organisation, organised a pulse polio immunisation campaign at Bagga, Sarh and Mahore of Reasi District, from 11 to 18 March this year.
In the immunisation drive for children up to five years, a health checkup programme was also conducted for about 520 women and children. An interactive session was organised by the Army Medical Officer to increase awareness amongst the local populace which included immunisation related problems in children and health advisories to nursing mothers.
