| Army organizes children personality development week | |
Srinagar, March 19, (Scoop News)- Army organised “Children Personality Development Week” in order to promote Sports & Cultural activities in Tangmarg region. On 17 March “Inter School Cultural Competition” was conducted. The event was attended by Maj Gen Gulab Singh Rawat, General Officer Commanding Dagger Division .
A total of 200 students and 45 teachers from various schools including Rahatghar participated in the cultural extravaganza. The students competed in Group Song, Group Dance, Solo Song and Skit events. Speaking on the occasion GOC appreciated the participants and teachers for a wonderful programme. He also extended his appreciation to Ziran Army Camp for organising such an event and giving the students of Tangmarg an opportunity to showcase their talents. The participants not only enjoyed the event but also thanked Army for providing them this opportunity
