| BSF school organizes CBSE jammu sahodaya volley ball championship 2017-18 | |
Jammu, November 16, (Scoop News)- BSF School Jammu organized two-day CBSE Jammu Sahodya Volley ball championship 2017-18 in the school campus. Seven schools affiliated to CBSE which are members of Jammu Sahodaya schools complex are participating in the competition.
The participating schools are APS Nagrota, J K Public School, Sainik School, MIER School, MV International School, APS Akhnoor and the host school.
Sh Ram Awtar IG BSF Jammu FTR was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Other officers of the force also graced the occasion with their presence.
The Principal of the host school Dr S K Shukla extended a warm welcome to the Chief Guest Sh Ram Awtar IG BSF Jammu FTR and other dignitaries present on the occasion. He also addressed all the budding players and advised them to play with sportsman’s spirit.
Karmang Raina (School student co-ordinator) administered the oath to the players of the participating teams.
Sh Ram Awtar IG BSF School Jammu FTR in his address blessed the players and apprised the students of the importance of sports in our lives. He also declared the meet open.
Veerji Pandita Sports Incharge of the school is co-ordinating the event. Match was officiated by Mr Amarjeet Singh, Mr Mulkh Raj Khajuria, Shiwali Dogra and Sh Anil Kumar.
