Sunil Sharma holds grievance redressal meeting for Paddar

Kishtwar,May 25, (Scoop News)-The Minister of State for Transport, Revenue, PWD (R&B), Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Agriculture Production, Youth Services and Sports, Sunil Sharma today convened a grievance redressal meeting for division Paddar today at Dc office Complex here.
All the district and sectoral officers of different departments of district Kishtwar besides representatives of various Panchayats and blocks of Tehsil Paddar participated in the meeting.
During the meeting issues pertaining to maintenance of roads, repair of school buildings, placement of adequate staff in schools and health centers, shortage of electricity and water and availability of ration, kerosene oil were raised by the representatives of Tehsil Paddar.
OC GREEF informed the Minister that smooth surfacing of road from Karthai to Gulabgarh shall be completed before the upcoming Machail Yatra and 15km stretch from Kishtwar to Dool shall also start shortly.
The concerned department of PWD(R&B) and PMGSY were asked to repair various link roads connecting Paddar besides maintaining the connecting paths and damaged bridges along the way to Machail .
CMO informed that the work on dispensary building at Sohal has been completed and shall be ready for inauguration shortly.
The Minister expressed strong displeasure over the slow progress on works entrusted upon the concerned. He directed the Deputy Commissioner to review the progress of work on monthly basis and prepare a progress report to assess the position of overall developmental scenario.
Later the Minister assured that the issues raised during the meeting shall be resolved shortly and warned the officers against any laxity.
DC, GN Balwan, SSP Sandeep Wazir, CPO Yasir Balwan, ACR, ACD, SDM Paddar, CMO Kishtwar besides other officer of the district Kishtwar were present in the meeting.
