Kupwara Women College to be completed in record time: Naeem Akhtar
Srinagar, October 8,(Scoop News)- Minister for Education, Naeem Akhtar today said that government was making all efforts to complete the Government Degree College for Women in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district in a record time.


The minister was replying to a question raised by MLA Kupwara, Bashir Ahmad Dar, during Question Hour in the legislative assembly. The minister said that government has asked the constructing agency to speed up the work and make sure that the building gets completed in a record time.


“I assure to the honorable member that the construction of the college will get completed in a record time,” Mr Andrabi said.


He informed the house that Rs 2 crore have already been released for the college. However he informed that Rs 1 crore still lies unspent by the concerned agencies.


“We have asked MD JKPCC to come up with all the documents in this matter I will make sure that this college remains our special focus and gets completed in record time,” Akhter said.
