| Dy CM attends inaugural function of IPPAI conference | | meets Goa Chief Minister | 
Goa , September 3 (Scoop News)-Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh attended the inaugural function of the four day conference being organized by Independent Power Producers Associations of India (IPPAI) here today.
The conference has been organized by the Association to explore the ways and means of making India Energy Sufficient. It is being attended by the experts of the field and would go a long way in providing the requisite feedback to the Government for formulating the necessary policies and also take the necessary measures for catering to the growing energy needs of the country.
The conference was also attended by MPs including Menakshi Lekhi, Scientists, Policy makers and other prominent persons
Earlier, the Deputy Chief Minister called on the Chief Minister of Goa Laxmikant Parsekar and discussed several issues including the promotion of tourism in Jammu and Kashmir.
Parsekar assured Dr. Singh all the requisite help and logistic support for promotion of tourism related activities.
