Dy CM interacts with Bhandara Associations, flags off ambulance service Yatris
‘Necessary mechanism in place for hassle-free Yatra’

Srinagar, July 06 (Scoop News)-Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh has said that the necessary mechanism has been put in place to ensure hassle free Shri Amarnathji Yatra 2015.
The Deputy Chief Minister was interacting with the Langar/Bhandara Associations here today.
The meeting was attended by Principal Secretary to the Governor, Mr P. K. Tripathi, IGP Kashmir, Mr Javaid Mujtaba Geelani, CEO Shri Amarnathji Board, Deputy Commissioners of Ganderbal, Budgam, Srinagar, Additional Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, BJP President Pujnab, Kamal Sharma, Chief Engineers of PDD, PHE, R&B, Director General Fire Services, representatives of various Bhandaras/Langars.
The Deputy Chief Minister assured the representatives of the Bhandara Associations that the necessary instructions have already been passed to the concerned officers to provide every possible help and support to them so that they can effectively discharge their duties of providing free langar facilities to the devotees coming to pay obeisance at the Holy Cave.
Dr. Singh also asked them to be inconstant touch with the camp directors, present at every camp, in order to get the requisite and necessary help whenever the need arises. He said that the Government has already passed the requisite directions to the departments of PHE, PDD to provide the requisite supply of potable drinking water and un-interrupted power supply so that these langars can effectively contribute their bit in making the yatra successful.
While responding to the other demands projected by the Bhandara Associations, the Deputy Chief Minister directed the officers present to maintain a close coordination with them so that their problems are redressed within the shortest possible time. “It is the endeavour of the Government to ensure that the Yatris coming to perform their religious duties and the associations associated with providing them the facilities do not face any sort of inconvenience and the bottlenecks if any are removed as early as possible”, he maintained.
The Deputy Chief Minister also flagged off 24x7 Ambulance with the requisite ICU facilities for the Yatris which has been donated by Shiv Parvati Sewa Dal Chandigarh/Jammu. State President BJP Punjab Kamal Sharma and senior office bearers of the organization including Raja Kuldeep Singh, Rajinder Singh and Vijay Thakur were also present on the occasion.
