| ICC Tahab lifts Pulwama Cricket T-20 Tourney | | 
Srinagar, May 20 (Scoop News)-ICC Tahab lifts Pulwama T-20 Cricket Tourney that was organized by J&K police in Pulwama. DIG South Kashmir Nitish Kumar gave away the trophies to the winning and runner up teams in an impressive function at Pulwama today.
Today the final match of Pulwama T-20 Cricket Tourney was played at District Police Lines, ground at Pulwama. The final was played between Gymkhana Srinagar and ICC Tahab Pulwama. ICC Tahab won the final match and clinched the title of the tournament.
An impressive award function was held at the cricket ground. DIG South Kashmir Nitish Kumar awarded the trophies and cash prize to the winner and runner up teams. Tanveer Ahmad of ICC Tahab Pulwama was adjudged Man of the Match while Mehraj-ud-Din was Gymkhana Srinagar was adjudged Man of the Series. DIG also distributed Cash Prizes among the Man of Match and the Man of the series.
The award distribution function was also attended by Sh. Tejinder Singh SP Pulwama, Sh. Iftikhat Ahmad Dy SP DAR Pulwama, Sh. Qazi Shamas ul Muzaffar Dy SP Hqrs Pulwama, Sh. Mohammad Shafiq Dy. SP Pulwama.
The Pulwama T-20 Cricket tournament was organized by J&K police to promote sports among the youth of the valley. 64 teams across the valley participated in the tournament.
On this occasion SSP Pulwama, Tejinder Singh said that District Police Pulwama is organizing a similar tournament in the near future.
