| Spalbar congratulates Larook on his elevation as Cabinet Minister | |
Leh, April 25 (Scoop News)-The Chief Executive Councilor LAHDC, Leh Rigzen Spalbar on his personal as well as on behalf of LAHDC, Leh extended heartiest congratulations to Chhering Dorje Lakrook on his elevation as Cabinet Minister for Cooperatives in the Council of Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Government.
Mr. Spalbar in his congratulatory communiqué stated that with his induction in the State Cabinet, Ladakh region would get the much needed representation in the Cabinet and would not be subjected to partial decision and polices with regard to the development of Ladakh. Spalbar also warmly wished Ladrook every success in the conduct of his high office.
