| Water disaster awareness program organised by Himalayan Xtreme Adventures | |
Reasi, March 28 (Scoop News)- Raft operators working on River Chenab at Baradari near Mata Vaishno Devi under the aegis of Himalayan Xtreme Adventures today organised a program to aware locals and students about water disaster and rescue techniques.
Dozens of locals witnessed the awareness program which was hosted by Sachin-Vikaas (directors of Himalayan Xtreme Adventures) and inaugurated by Z S Mirza Dy.SP Headquarters Reasi. A total no. 20 students from degree college Reasi participated in event. It necessary to mention here that rafters of Himalayan Xtreme Adventures on 25th of March rescued 2 labourers who were traped in chenab when they were gone in river to extract sand and stones. Dy.SP Mirza appreciated the initiatives taken by young rafters.
