BJPMM getting more strengthened: Priya Sethi

Jammu, October 31, (Scoop News)- Led by a prominent social activist Bindu Bali, over eight dozen women drawn from different parts of Jammu joined the BJP Mahila Morcha (BJPMM ) on Friday in presence of BJP State Vice-President Sakina Bano, State General Secretary Ashok Koul, State Secretary Rajni Sethi, Mahila Morcha Prabhari Purnima Sharma and Morcha State President Priya Sethi. .
Sakina Bano, in her welcoming remarks said that time has come that the female folk should come forward as equal to the men folk and contribute their mite in the social and economic transformation of the society. She added that the new comers will realize that BJP is the most efficacious vehicle to bring about this social change.
Ashok Koul congratulated the new comers for their bold step of joining political line through BJP and their desire to see the transformation of their society would be achieved. He further advised them to work whole heartedly for the society. He said that women are real strength of the society and hence their co-operation and contribution cannot be ignored.
Priya Sethi said that the women constitute almost 50% of the population of the country and they have very important role in family as well as society and hence their joining the political party will obviously encourage the others to come forward and become a mean to raise the voice of women and highlight their grievances and problems.
Purnima Sharma said that Narendra Modi wave have also influenced the women and today they are not confined to the kitchens but are expressing their desire to work for the political party like BJP, which they consider as true party having concern for the women.
Rajni Sethi said that the BJP as well as its different organs are getting further strengthened in Jammu and Kashmir and the day is not far when ours will be the largest party in this border state.
BJP Jammu District President Parveen Arora onthis occasion nominated Bindu Bali as Mahila Morcha District Vice President for Jammu District.
Mahila Morcha leaders Sangita Gupta, Sanjita Dogra, Parveen Arora, Anuradha Charak, Anju Dogra, Neeru Anand, Sushma Gupta, Sangita Anand and Saroj ji were present on the occasion.
Those who joined Mahila Morcha include Pushpa Devi, Anita Devi, Geeta Devi, Rama Devi, Rabo Devi, Kamla Devi, Ratno Devi, Puspha Devi, Kamlesh Devi, Neeru Devi, Reetu Devi, Rajni Devi, Saroj Rani, Neelam Kumari, Anu, USha, Reela and others.
