| 1 died, 06 injured in road accidents | |
Srinagar, October 20, (Scoop News)- One person died while six others were injured in different road accidents across the valley.
A Tipper bearing registration number JK05B/0997 hit and injured a pedestrian Abdul Rehman Chopan son of Abdul Satar Chopan resident of Ugmuna at Wussan Crossing, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kunzer, Tangmarg. The injured succumbed to his injuries on way to hospital. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a Sumo bearing registration number JK05B/9862 and a Tipper bearing registration number JK15C/6014 collided at Galibal Chandoosa, Baramulla. In this accident, six persons including the driver of Sumo were injured. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
