| Excise Department congratulate Zaffar Ahmad | | on receiving Chief Minister’s Award | Srinagar, July 27, (Scoop News)-The officers and officials of Excise department have congratulated Excise Commissioner J&K,Zaffar Ahmad Bhat on receiving Chief Minister's award for honesty and integrity in public service recently. They said that commendable role played by Bhat being an efficient and upright officer during his three decade long service carrier in different capacities in the state administration has been well recognized and appreciated. Bhat is known for his honesty, integrity and dedication by one and all and has invited applause as a good servitude from all quarters, they said.
