Landslide damages house in Bandipora


Srinagar, , April 19, (Scoop News)-Mohammad Rafiq Sheikh son of Ghulam Rasool resident of Barruna Bugh Kangan reported in Police Station Kangan, Ganderbal that his daughter Afroza Banoo is missing since 06-04-2014 from Kangan.




Landslide damages house in Bandipora
Lady injured

A residential house got damaged in a landslide in Bandipora, last evening.
Due to landslide in Bandipora a residential house belonging to Gulzar Ahmad Sheikh resident of Malangaam, Bandipora got partially damaged. In this incident Haseena Begum wife of Gulzar Ahmad Sheikh got injured. The injured was shifted to District Hospital for treatment.



Residential house damaged in fire
A residential house got damaged in a fire incident in Pampore.
Fire broke out in the joint residential house of Abdul Majid Wani and Mohamamd Sultan Dar at Dhobi Mohalla Kadlibal Pampore, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Pampore resulting in partial damage to the structure. Police has registered a case in this regard.


Vehicle stolen in Anantang
Sajad Ahmad Ahanger son of Nazir Ahmad resident of KP Road, Anantang reported in Police Station Anantnag that his vehicle 207 TATA Mobile bearing registrartion number JK03B/0252 was stolen by some unknown persons during intervening night of 17/18-04-2014.
Unidentified body recovered
An unidentified semi decomposed male body was fished out from river Jehlum near Gassi Mohalla, Safakadal. Height 5.7ft wearing maroon coloured sweater and black coloured pants. Proceedings under section 174/CrPC initiated into the matter.
