| BSP office Bearers of District Doda joined JKDF | |
Jammu,April 16, (Scoop News)- Impressed by programmes and polices of Jammu Kashmir Democratic Front (JKDF) over a dozen office bearers of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) from Doda District today formally joined the party to toe the party line.
In an impressive function held at Doda Unit office of JKDF in presence of JKDF Senior Leader Krishan Lal Gupta and Swami Raj Sharma office bearers of BSP along with 200 supporters voluntarily expressed their desire to serve the masses and formally became the part of the party cadre.
The prominent among those who joined the party are Hatim Din (General Secretary BSP, Doda Unit), Jagmeet Singh (Secretary BSP Doda Unit), Sumeet Singh, Riyaz Ahmed, Jan Mohd, Anup, Suneel Kalyan, Ajit Singh,Karnail Chand, Shamim Nayak, Showkat Ali, Jarnail Singh, Mohd Ismail and others.
Welcoming the new entrants into the party Krishan Lal said, “We welcome the new members into the party fold and hope that they will serve the society and masses with full enthusiasm and dedication. I congratulate them and hope their association and hard work will take the party to new heights. I appeal to all workers to fight collectively for the cause of Jammu and to play a bigger role in our fight against regional discrimination.” We have to provide an alternative to the people who are time and again exploited and used for their vested interests by NC and Congress Party. People have understood the designs of these parties and desperately looking for an alternative.
Speaking on the occasion Swami Raj Said, " JKDF shall seek the mandate from the people in the forthcoming parliament elections with a vision to build a new Jammu. We have to toil the party in the State and for this we need the support of grass root workers and also need to reach the common masses to know their aspirations. We will take to the party and its cadre to every nook and corner of J&K State. We will make sure that our party shall emerge as one of the leading regional party of State. Our aim is to fight for the equal development, justice, and rights of all the three regions of the State. JKDF Sewa Dal shall win the hearts of people by their selfless service to the people.
Expressing gratitude newly joined members assured their full support to party endeavors and shall take on all responsibilities entrusted to them from time to time.
