| Returning Officer Ladakh Parliamentary Constituency issues Notification for election | | Jammu, April 12, (Scoop News)-The Returning Officer for 4-Ladakh Parliamentary constituency (Deputy Commissioner Leh) Simrandeep Singh today issued election notification for the Ladakh parliamentary constituency.
As per the notification, nomination papers may be delivered by candidate or by any of his proposers to the Returning Officer (Deputy Commissioner Leh) or to Assistant Returning Officer (Assistant Commissioner Revenue Leh), at Deputy Commissioner Office, near pologround Leh on any day other than public holiday not later than 3.pm on April 19, 2014. The nomination papers can be obtained at the above mentioned place and time aforesaid.
The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at Deputy Commissioner’s office Leh on April 21, 2014 at 11 am besides notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or any of his proposers or Election his agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers before 3 pm on April 23, 2014.
The poll will take place on May 07, 2014 from 7 am to 6 pm.
