BJP’s protest rally against UPA Govt. at Kargil

Jammu, June 1 (Scoop News) –Hundreds of BJP activists under the leadership of Kagril District President Haji Khuddam Hussain took out a march from party head office, which passed through main bazaars and culminated into a public rally against the UPA government as well as the state government on the issues of corruption, delay in construction of vehicular road from Kargil to Askardoo and demanding the posting of non-locals for conducting interviews of various posts.
Haji Khuddam Hussain, while addressing the rally, said that the Congress-led UPA has crossed all limits in promoting corruption and taking the prices of essential commodities to new heights. He said that a common man is finding it difficult to arrange even two time meal while the Congress leaders and ministers in the Union coalition are enjoying luxurious lives from the money looted which could be utilized for the welfare and development.
Haji Khuddam Hussain said that there has been repeated representations to the state and central government for construction of vehicular road from Kargil to Askardoo but no one has paid any attention to this genuine demand. He said that the people are made to suffer on account of even road connectivity, transport facilities etc. but the government mislead the masses on the misleading claims of development. He said that the BJP activists will further intensify their protests in the district if the government do not wake up and listen to their grievances.
Mohd. Ali General Secretary, Mohd. Ali City Secretary, Mohd. Pasha City President, Leela Banoo President Mahila Wing, Vice-presidents Haji Ahsan Ali and Mohd. Qusim Mohd. Subhan Jaffery Convenor Human Right Cell were prominent leaders who also addressed this rally.
