| BJP’s call for ‘Jail Bharo Andolan’ from May 27 to June 2 | |
Jammu, May 25 (Scoop News) – To make BJP’s country wide agitation and awareness campaign and its call for ‘Jail Bharo Andolan’ from May 27 to June 2, 2013 successful, State unit has decided to organise Jail Bharo programme on May 27, at Dogra Chowk Jammu.
In this connection districtrict BJP unit Akhnoor today organised meeting of Muthi-paloura and Raipur-Domana mandal at KK Resort Jammu. Meeting was chaired by state Gen Secretary and former MLA, Bali Bhagat and presided over by the district president Sukh Dev Singh Jamwal. Senior party leader Suraj Padha was guest of hounor.
While addressing party workers Bali Bhagat apprised that this nationwide protest is against the UPA Government’s frequent malfunctions, gross inaction and rampant corruption.He said UPAs extreme corruption & its cover up efforts, is today in public domain.
He said that with scams worth more than Rs 550 trillion, UPA is the most corrupt government in the history of Independent India.UPA is shielding people charged with corruption till the very end and takes only limited action when there is no other option left.
The BJP leader said that national security at risk. Incursion of the PLA in Ladakh can not be seen as an isolated incident. If we look on a broader perspective, the picture looks different. There is a pattern where China takes administrative controls of Gwadar Port in Pakistan, deploys its troops in PoK, still claims Arunachal Pradesh, sometime starts giving stapled Visa to J&K residents, seems as a part of larger design.
Bali Bhagat also charged state coalition Govt for its total failure on all fronts.He said that sate is facing acute shortage of electricity. Frequent power cuts and shortage of drinking water supply has broken all the previous records in and around the Jammu city. Scorching heat wave have brought the normal life in the Jammu summer zone to a grinding halt.
Meanwhile Narinder Singh and Hans Raj Manhas both Mandal Pradhans introduced their new mandal office bearers and also nominated Master Sukh Dev Sharma and Ravi kant Sharma as Kissan Morcha and Bhartiya Janta yuva Morcha presidents respectively for Raipur-Domana mandal . The prominent among others who were present in the meeting were Joginder singh Chib, Omi Khajuria,Sub(Retd) BS Jasrotia and G.L.Bhagat, Suraj Kajuria,Nidan Singh,Bodh Raj Bhagat,Tirath Ram Sharma,Subash Verma and others.
