| Birth Anniversary of Hazrat Ali observed in Kargil | | Blood Donation Camp Organized |
Kargil,May 24 (Scoop News) -Under the Banner of by Anjumae Jamiat ullama Azna Ashriya Kargil (Islamic Society of Kargil) The Birth Anniversary of Hazrat Ali AS, the First Imam and son-in-law of Prophet Mohammad SAW was celebrated in Kargil with religious fervor and zeal at Islamia School Campus Kargil.
Youth Wing Islamic Society of Kargil organized a Blood Donation Camp in the campus on this occasion in which hundreds of donors participated but only 23 donors donated their blood due to low storage capacity at District Blood Bank Kargil and rest of the donors were registered for ready reference in case of emergency.
The programme started with recitation of holy Quran and students of Huzia Iilmia and JAME School presented topics and Manqabats and various speakers threw light on the life of the First Imam and termed him as a role model for day to day life and also termed him the best administrator.
The proceedings were anchored by Advocate Shahnawaz Ali Sodpa member
Youth Wing Islamia School Kargil.
In the last the Vice President of the Islamic Society and the Ullama Council Hujjjatul Islam Aga Syed Jammal Uddin presented the presidential speech and prayed for the peace and communal harmony in the country and the Islamic world.
On this occasion Mebers of Ullama Council, President Youth Wing Haji Anayat Ali, Mebers Youth Wing and prominent citizens and thousands of people from all parts of Kargil Participated.
